Is my chat private?
We store your conversation on our own server so we can improve VetBot's answers. You can tap "Delete my chat" at any time to permanently wipe your session — the data disappears from our servers immediately.
Can VetBot diagnose diseases?
No. VetBot is an AI assistant, not a licensed veterinarian. It can suggest what a set of symptoms might indicate and recommend products, but any diagnosis needs an in-person vet exam. VetBot flags anything urgent and tells you to see a vet.
Will VetBot recommend the right brand?
VetBot knows every brand in The Pet Being catalogue (Orijen, Acana, Ruffwear, Cerafa, Basil, and more). It picks 2–3 products that best match your pet's species, age, and concern, with real prices and product links.
What kinds of questions work best?

What if I need a real vet?
