Should you encounter any challenges in tracking your order immediately after shipment, we recommend checking back after a brief interval. Occasionally, our esteemed shipping partners may experience slight delays in updating the details.

We make sure with every successful order you receive order status messages along with order tracking details like AWB and courier partner name so that you are up-to-date with the live status of your shipment.

In most cases, this brief interval allows for seamless updates to your order status. We are pleased to offer free delivery across India for all orders exceeding Rs.1999/-. For orders below this threshold, nominal delivery charges ranging from Rs.149/- to Rs.199/- apply to offset the costs associated with the products.

It’s important to note that for Cash On Delivery (COD) orders exceeding Rs.2999/-, we do not impose any additional charges. All orders below Rs. 2999/- will be charged with Rs. 199/- as COD Charges.

However, in the rare instance that you receive a product past its expiry date, we request your cooperation in promptly notifying us. Please share a clear picture of the product, highlighting the visible expiry date or damage of the product, along with an unboxing video. This documentation assists us in conducting a thorough investigation.

Upon verification, if an expired product or damage is confirmed, we are committed to offering you a swift resolution. You have the option to choose between a refund or a replacement, and we assure you that the service will be initiated without delay.

Returns will be accepted only for the following categories:

Collars, Leashes, Jackets, Socks and any other apparel where we understand that size could have been an issue.

No Returns will be accepted in the categories of Consumables such as Food as we understand that the Pet parent has made an informed choice. Yes, if the package is damaged, in that case, we cannot risk the health of your lovely pet and hence would be happy to accept a return and refund your money. Since we operate through our own warehouses, we ensure that no defective product gets shipped but in the eventuality that we have an error, will be happy to refund.

But we would want you to notify us via email at info@thepetbeing.in within 2 business days post order delivery and we will get back to you.

Also, in certain exceptions such as Toys, it may be possible that your Pet is an aggressive chewer. Please pick the right product, as a toy meant for a small breed would easily be ripped apart by a large breed

You can either email us at info@thepetbeing.in with the Order ID and reason for return. Alternatively, you can Submit A Request on the Contact Page with details of your order. But please remember to do so within 2 business days from the order delivery date.

You shall be refunded your amount within 7 business days from the refunded article reaching us back. The refund will either be through net banking transaction or through The Pet Being discount coupon codes for your subsequent purchases

A 3D Secure password is an additional password that you’ll be asked to enter after entering your card details on the payment page. You’ll be redirected to your individual bank’s page where you’ll have to enter the Verified by Visa password for Visa cards or Secure Code password for MasterCard cards. Your card-issuing bank will give this password to you and you should have this password prior to shopping on The Pet Being.

3-D secure password has been made mandatory by the Reserve Bank of India to ensure safer online shopping. This will add an additional layer of security and thus, prevent misuse of a lost or stolen card, as the user will be unable to proceed unless they enter the password associated with your card, created by yourself and known only to you.

The Razorpay payment gateway is one of the largest consumer payment processors in the world. It is a state-of-the-art payment gateway that protects your account details when you shop on The Pet Being by encrypting sensitive information like your card number. It is VeriSign Secured and validated by Payment Card Industry compliant Control Code.

There are no hidden charges when you purchase from The Pet Being. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the order confirmation page is exactly what you pay. The final order total would also include the shipping and handling charges as applicable.

On the ‘Checkout page’ you will see some Offer based Coupons or if you are an existing customer, If you have a special Coupon Code sent by us, simply add the code and click ‘Apply’, the applicable discount will be applied and reflect in the total of the amount to be paid.

You can then proceed to pay the remaining amount using any form of payment. Only one coupon code can be used on a single order.

*Note:

– If you cancel an order after applying a coupon code, it would not be usable for a later purchase. In case of suspected misuse of coupons, The Pet Being reserves the right to cancel orders.

– The delivery person may/may not carry the card machine for card swipe on the spot, hence, please ensure to keep the cash ready.

– The Pet Being holds the right to discontinue any coupon code without a prior notice to the customer.

Important:

Certain brands we sell have a strict non-discounting policy and the coupon code would not apply to those brands.
