USAGE GUIDE

Standard Use (Full Strength):

Step 1 — Wet the coat thoroughly with lukewarm water from head to tail. Step 2 — Apply Bio-Groom So-Gentle directly to the wet coat and work through evenly with both hands, building a light foam. For facial use, apply gently with fingertips around the muzzle and eye area — the tear-free formula is safe for use close to the eyes. Step 3 — Massage through the coat to the skin level, paying attention to fold areas, underbelly, and behind the ears where allergen and irritant buildup tends to concentrate. Step 4 — Rinse thoroughly with warm water until the coat runs completely clean. So-Gentle rinses out fast and leaves zero residue. Step 5 — Towel dry and blow-dry or air-dry as usual.

Dilution Option: For routine maintenance bathing and economical use, dilute 1 part shampoo with 2 parts warm water. The diluted formula still delivers a full, effective clean.

Frequency: Can be used as often as required — daily if necessary for dogs on a medically supervised bathing schedule. No frequency restriction applies.
